Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00am – 4:00pm AEST depending on how busy we are at the warehouse, it can take 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped.
Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.
In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.
We do not accept any liability for orders that are not delivered within the expected timeframe due to the fault of any party but Nu Body Aust. Please ensure you leave plenty of time for processing, dispatch and delivery of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14-days of the purchase date.
